Silent Astronism

Silent Astronism, also referred to as silent philosophy, or the philosophy of silence, is a post-omnidoxical form of Astronism of Cometanic origin and a prominent aspect of Astronist mysticism, or Astrocism, that advocates for the regular practice of silence so as to distance oneself from the "noise of the world" and so as to become to know oneself and one's relationship to and with The Cosmos.


An important practice within Astronism is known as astrosination which involves going somewhere solitary where the stars are visible and simply practicing silence. Practitioners of which are known as astrosinators, or simply as silencers.
