The Vendox is the most well-known symbol representing Astronism.
Totemism in the context of Astronism has arguably existed since the religion’s founding, but its presence within the faith also points to Astronism’s pre-Cometanic influences. Like in all other contexts, the Astronist way is to apply astronomical objects to a subject and totemism is no exception.
Astronist totemism involves the ascription of spiritual significance to astronomical progeny and phenomena so much so that they are adopted by different Astronist groups as emblems. Therefore, Astronist totemism is vast in scale for it includes totemistic beliefs applied to all different types of astronomical objects which will now be listed and briefly explored.
