In the Astronic tradition of religions, the designation of space religion is not provided with as much gravity or importance as the title of astronomical religion and it encompasses a wider set of religions that do not share as many core ideas and beliefs with Astronism itself, such as UFO religions.

Now, The Philosophy of Millettism still sees regular usage in an official capacity as it is used in legal and official documents for it is include in the official name for the proprietor of Astronism, known as The Institution of The Philosophy of Millettism.
